Breathless Winery

Breathless Winery isn’t your typical Healdsburg tasting room. First, it’s located in an office park, far from the town square and main thoroughfare. Second, it’s constructed out of three ship containers.

That last bit might clue you in to the fact that this place is a hipster/Instagrammer’s paradise. From the multi-colored glitter trays to the vintage baby blue Vespa, this place is designed for photos. I could easily see this as a stop on a Bachelorette weekend, complete with sabrage experience. Thankfully, the wine isn’t half bad either.

Breathless specializes is méthode champanoise but also has a few still wines on their tasting menu. The Brut Rosé was easily the best wine for sipping, while the Moscato could be paired with a spicy Indian or Thai dish.
